Coloured Polybags
Sort by sight, or hide what's inside
Colour is not decoration in a warehouse — it is an error-prevention system. Line operators sorting by colour make fewer mistakes than operators reading labels, and a colour-coded bag tells a picker they have the wrong item before it reaches the packing bench.
Opaque film also does real work. Black and dark colours block light for photo-sensitive contents, and any opaque bag stops a courier bag advertising what is inside it — which for D2C and pharmaceutical dispatch is often the point.
When not to buy this
Anything that needs to be scanned or identified through the bag. Specify clear or a light tint instead.

Best for
Colour-coded operations, light-sensitive contents, and dispatch where privacy matters.

What you are actually specifying
What you get
Four things we hold to
Colour coding
Assign a colour per department, per shift, per SKU class. Fewer picking errors, faster sorting.
Opacity on demand
From light tint to fully opaque — specified by what you need to hide or protect.
Light protection
Black and dark film blocks light for photo-sensitive contents.
Consistent batches
Masterbatch dosed to a fixed ratio so this month's blue matches last month's.

Common questions
Before you ask
- Can you match our exact brand colour?
- Send a shade reference and we will match it, from our 100 kg per size minimum.
- Does colour weaken the bag?
- Heavy pigment loading costs a little strength. At normal loadings the difference is not measurable in use — we will flag it if your specification pushes it.
